Our all-in-one package has a 3-month minimum contract period. We retain ownership of the website files until the minimum contract term has been honoured. Price displayed is based on the creation of a 5-page static website built from existing components, and includes content writing, hosting, e-mail support, and ongoing on-page SEO optimisation services. Up to 3 hours of time spent making changes per month included, with further changes billed at £60 per hour with a minimum billable time of one hour. Full or partial integration with a CMS available upon request.

There's no easy answer to this, it depends on your requirements. As a rough guide, a 5-page website built using existing web components usually takes two weeks to complete including content.

Do you provide ongoing website support and updates?
Yes! We provide full support for website hosting, maintenance, and management. Send us a message and tell us about your website and we'll provide you with an estimate for supporting your website.

How much do you charge to host and maintain a website?
Our hosting and maintenance costs depend on the size and complexity of your website. As a rough guide, we charge £249/month for hosting and maintaining most marketing websites - this includes e-mail support.

What does the handover process for a website look like?
If you're sticking with us for hosting and support, you won't have to do anything. We'll manage absolutely everything for you.

If you want to take your website elsewhere, our preferred method for most websites is to provide you with a GitHub code repository containing the code and content for your site. For simple static sites, we're often able to provide you with your entire website in a zip-folder for convenience.

Are we ever locked in with your hosting?
Nope! We're more than happy to provide you with your website files or help you migrate to another provider whenever you like. Only our All-in-one Website + SEO package comes with a 3-month minimum contract before you own the website files.

What content management systems (CMS) do you develop for?
We're able to develop for a range of content management systems, or even no content management system at all, depending on your needs and requirements. Our preferred CMS to develop for is Statamic since we've had great feedback from our clients that use it.

What technologies do you use to develop websites?
Regardless of what we're building, we like to stick for the simplest tools for the job. Our most common approach is to build using HTML and CSS with a sprinkle of JavaScript on top to improve accessibility and enhance interactive elements where required. This allows to quickly build robust, efficient websites that are easy to maintain. We usually rely on PHP content management systems.

Do you offer content writing services separately?
Yes. We have stacks of experience in writing everything from compelling sales copy to deeply-researched informational blog posts and everything in-between. Please send us a message detailing your requirements, and we'll let you know how we can help.

Do you provide a dedicated account manager?
We're a small team, and we strive to provide our clients with a single point of contact for all their communications. You'll always have a direct line of communication to an expert who understands your website inside and out.
